Why those who ask quesions don't replay or vot or comment for answers !
so i am spending a lot of time here to help people & rise up my reputation & i created a lot of projects for questions to make sure my answers is correct but some times it take 2 or more days to replay or some times never so how people who trying to help will be motivated to continue
That's the way it is -- a lot of people download Unity, try one thing, ask a question, but get bored and never come back.
You can learn how to tell non-serious Qs. Spelling/grammer errors, slang, run-on. Can also look at someone's history. If they don't seem serious, don't write much.

Good questions deserve good answers. The opposite is equally true.
There have been thousands of unresponsive users, unfortunately. After an undefined grace period direct such questions to a moderator who can undertake the best course of action (accepting answers, closing etc).
Us mods end up having to do a lot of housekeeping like this. Its the only way to keep the site in any kind of order.
