Android Acceleration Axis, not working with screen orientation?
I have, in script and build settings, set the default screen orientation to landscape left. I have, basically, float movespeed = Input.acceleration.y; because I want movespeed to increase when you tilt the phone forward, from landscape left. But holding the phone in landscape left moves me backwards, How do I get the input acceleration relative to the device's orientation?
At the moment, the movement works as intended, when the phone is held with the back facing the floor, and you ultimately bending over the phone as if it were on a table. That part is unintended, but relative to that position, the movement is working. I would just rather have it relative to landscape left, with the phone held in front of you, almost like you were planning to slip it into a VR headset. Any help appreciated!
