deactivated script firing
I am making a multiplayer game, and I have a script that makes any character that touches an arrow get hurt, but when the arrow is instantiated, it appears in the hitbox of the character, so it will take away the player's health. I tried taking away the script on just my character but keep it on the other characters, but for some reason, the script is still running. Also, I came up on another problem. If my character doesn't have have a script that makes the character take damage, none of the characters will die.
What is the best way to deal damage to other user controlled characters?
