How to create and draw custom Handles (without UnityEditor.Handles class) ?
I want to create a custom handle to edit one of my gameobjects in the scene view. Normally this is done using a custom editor with the UnityEditor.Handles
class inside the OnSceneGUI()
function.
However, I need to create my own handle type with its own internal logic in order to customize the look of the handle and how it manipulates the gameobject. I haven't found any guides on how to do this. Can someone walk me through how its done?
