Mac Unity won't run, no error message
Hello everyone,
Recently moved to a Mac Book Pro (Mid 2015), running Sierra(10.12.1), and can't get unity working at all.
I've had a look around the forums and users reported crash on start but when I try to run unity it begins the pop up animation on the dock and disappears before it it even fully loads.
Not getting any errors or crash handling reports it just doesn't run.
Unity version was a fresh install from the website version 5.4.2f2.
I'm relatively new to working with macs so I may be missing something obvious but not had an install problem like before.
Any advice would be highly appreciated :)

I used a lot of different versions of Unity on several versions on a $$anonymous$$ac and never had this kind of problem. It's not more than running the installer and ruining Unity afterwards. I use the latest Sierra with unity 5.4.2p3 I think, with no problem. I don't know, resetting the $$anonymous$$ac might be an option in that case
Yeah it's nothing I've ever encountered before either. Seems so but I sadly don't have the option to reset this device, will report if I ever find a solution thanks!
