Why Does Unity Crash on Play?
I know that this question has been asked many times before and I have looked at the responses. I still do not understand because even though I have used Unity for a while, I don't know how the back end works. I am running OSX Mavericks (the old OS) and recently moved computers. I am on a late 2013 Macbook Pro Retina and downloaded 5.5.0f3. I made a new project and whenever I click play, my whole computer freezes and I have to jerkily force quit Unity every single time. I am wondering if there is a fix I could do. (Note: I tried running one of my older projects and at the beginning it told me something about old versions and new ones and did you make a backup etc...)
