Unity Editor Services tab is empty

Hi everyone,

Today when I first time opened Unity Editor, it shown me License Error, after I re-active my Personal License, Unity Editor allow me to work then.

But when I create a new project. In the Build Setting, I'm noticed by "Because you are not a member of this project this build will not access Unity services." and Service tab is EMPTY or BLANK.

I tried to log out then login again many time, restart Unity Editor many time but Services tab is till empty without any errors in Console. I've not ever seen this problem before.

I try to open my new project in Unity 5.3.4, 5.3.6 and 5.4 but the problem is the same.

I wonder if my account has something wrong with Unity. Please give me some advices.
