Editor Preference show up blank
What happened I wanted to attach Visual Studio to Editor Preferences. I was using VSCode but there was no Intellisense, so I've just uninstalled VSCode, installed VS and i couldn't even open preference. Here is an console error:

How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
-open project
-go to edit
-select Preferences
-blank window called "Preferences" shows up
