What permisisons are necessary for basic Google Play Game Services

Hello! I am getting tired of my Unity game asking all kinds of permissions (Make phone calls? really?, Access to photos...) while games like Clash Royale literally ask for no special permissions. So it would be nice if someone could tell what are the basic permissions required to have google play game services and Unity Ads integrated with basic features like leaderboard, achievements and showing ads.
