Does unity3d support the .ply file(maybe a 3D data formatter) in android app? I wanna develop an app in android,but it needs to support this kind of file to show a 3D model.

Not really, you can see more information about supported file formats here and here.
Instead you can export .ply-file as an .fbx-file which is supported by Unity. You can do that, for example, with Blender.
Exporting it as an .fbx-file is really good way to solve it,but the project I'm in just gave the .ply one to me.Really thx for answering the question.
