Why missing android debug keystore?
I'm using facebook sdk v6.0 for unity v4.5 In Facebook settings I get a warning saying "Your android debug keystore file is missing! You can create new one by creating and building empty Android project in Eclipse." As a result there is no Key Hash value displayed that I can put in the facebook developers page. I have already installed jdk and openssl and put the path for their respective bin folders in system variables. Because this seems to be a common problem and everybody seems to have solved it like this. But it didn't work for me. What else is required?? I also have a doubt that why would it be looking for an android debug keystore when I've generated and am using a different keystore file for my project! Pleease help!
Hi there, I see you asked this more than an year ago and I guess you might have a solution for it. How did you solve it? I am exactly in your shoes now.
Do you have the JAVA_HO$$anonymous$$E entry listed in environment variables?
When you generated your first $$anonymous$$eyStore did you make sure to give it a proper Lifetime/Duration/Validity?
I just remembered.. hah the thing is that I made a reinstall of my os and did everything but generate a debug.kesytore xD. Waited for a few hours reading all the posts possible :D. It was fun, though :D
When you generated your first $$anonymous$$eyStore
this made me realize that it was generated long before the os reinstall :D. Even if I didn't reinstall the os it would most likely be expired by now
P.s. really appreciate your help. :)
