Scroll TextMesh Down?

Hey guys, :) I've a Cube as a notebook, on top of it I used a Text mesh to write some text... Well now I need to scroll down this text, How on earth can I achieve that?

Bonus question: Anyone has a way to forbid the text from being longer than the page borders?
