Is there a way to see what scripts are no longer being used in a Unity2D project?

My game has gotten very unorganized and scripts are scattered all over. Some of the scripts I am not using anymore and some of them are just named different things. Is there a way that would make unity tell me which scripts are not currently being used for running the game?
