Blender model GI/Bake illumination lightmaps completely wrong.

In this image the emmisive sphere is the only light source as I have disabled the main light. As you cab see its not even close to being right, not the same shape or location. Been searching for ages and I cant find a solution.

I have tried exporting it in different formats and the same problem is still there

Different shapes do nothing to the effect. same problem.
