Device.present, Overhead, camera.render slowing the fps

I am making a game and i want to increase the android game fps. I am checking the fps found these things Device.present, Overhead, camera.render are taking to much time around 50% and 30% respectively .Please can anybody Specify about these things in particular and how do i Optimize these things. What should be the best fps for vr(virtual reality) games.
