Help with First Person AIO

Hello, recently i've updated the free default prefab FIRSTPERSON-AIO. Everytime i drag it on scene, open it or test the game Unity freezes for a while, even if there is no elements or prefabs on scene, just the bare and empty terrain. This only happens with the first person prefab, everything else responds very quick. Tried reinstalling, deleting a redownloading Unity or the prefab, but the problem won't go away. This didn't happened before, perhaps it was the update. Is there a workarond? Thanks.

Currently using Unity 2019.3.15f1 on Windows 7 64 bits. 16GB RAM I5-7400 GTX 1050 TI 4GB,SD SD SDSD
