Unity Editor is invisible?

Question

When I start a project I don't see it. My Task Manager shows me this : alt text

I hope you can help me! I use Unity 5.4.2f2

You could have a UAC message waiting for you to accept on hidden behind a window...

You could also have a sub par computer, and it's taking its time to load. Just let it do it's thing, and eventually it'll appear.
