How to convert text from .txt file to textmeshproUGUI

Hi guys, I don't know C# and any programming skills, but I will be glad if you will help me. I try use visual programming - BOLT

I just want to extract text from text file to TextMeshProUGUI. I have text file in Recources, but still don't know how can I do it. I know how to extract to UI text, but not to TextMeshProUGUI. Is it possible?
