XCode 8 Test Failed due to Provisioning Profile

Recently apple announced that there is no need to buy a developer account for testing apps.Just Create an apple id and then login to developer account create the MAC and IOS provisioning profile.that's it. I test this from creating a testing IOS application from XCODE and hurry it work fine IPAD attached the the app deploy to IPAD succesfully. But in Case of Unity3d game the same setting give these error which are about provisioning profile the provisioning profile is the same as earlier i deploy with.

Failed to create provisioning profile. The app ID "com.uolings.NinjaClone" cannot be registered to your development team. Change your bundle identifier to a unique string to try again. No profiles for 'com.uolings.NinjaClone' were found: Xcode couldn't find a provisioning profile matching 'com.uolings.NinjaClone'. Code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 10.0'

There is no option for IOS 10.0 I am using unity3D 5.4.0
