Rigidbody bouncing off other rigidbodies
I have a (player) capsule with a rigidbody bouncing off other (NPC) capsules and being shot clear across the map. My game doesn't incorporate physics-based movement, so I would be fine using is Kinematic on the capsule, except that that causes the player to pass through NPCs. I want the NPCs to function like a wall. The NPC capsules also have rigidbody components so that I can check collision with them for interactivity purposes.
How do I stop the bouncing while also not passing through them?
