Photon Network Switching Scenes with Keeping Script Values

I'm making a 3rd person game and I have win/lose script. I can play my first game so clearly. And I'm pressing continue for disconnect and go to the main menu. When I want to play again I'm clicking but when I'm starting to play something goes wrong like all bools keeps their position from first match. It's my main menu script;

 public class MainMenuConnection : MonoBehaviour {

         if (PhotonNetwork.connectionStateDetailed == PeerState.PeerCreated)
         {

         }
     }

     void Update () {
     
     }

     }
 }

and this is joinning to room script(I'm switching on the trigger from my menu);

     void OnPhotonRandomJoinFailed()

         int roomname = Random.Range (100,1000000);
         Debug.Log ("OnPhotonRandomJoinFailed");
         PhotonNetwork.CreateRoom ("Room" +roomname,true,true, 2 );
         
     }
     void OnPhotonCreateRoomFailed(){
         Debug.Log ("Failed TO CREATE!");
     }
     void OnJoinedRoom(){

             Application.LoadLevel("Arena01");
             Debug.Log ("Joined Room");

And when I need to go back to menu I'm using;

 PhotonNetwork.Disconnect();
 Application.LoadLevel("MainMenu");
