New PC: deactivation from old one and reactivation on new one

Yesterday i bught a new PC, so i deactivate 3DSMax (and other SW) from old PC and activate the license on the new one. How can i deactivate Unity license, in order to activate on the new PC? ...if i simply try to enter the activation code the server says "too many activation"?!?
