Video Player URL Stream Dropbox Video in Android Has Bug, but works fine in editor

I am having this weird issue where I am managed to stream the video with no problem in the editor. But, when I build it into Android, the video only plays around the first 10 seconds then it just stopped.

I had tried using other URL links and it works on both editor and Android. So I wonder is it the Dropbox that cause this bug.
