Is Unity going to be Socket friendly for ever? (Networking)
I know that Unity has it's own networking tools and is developing new multiplayer networking interfaces. I just want to make sure that Unity is not ditching Sockets and that we can use socket in newer versions to come. I have had a lot of problems with Unity and the way it customizes Mono. I want to make sure that Unity sticks with the networking interface that currently exists. I'm just looking for reassurance.
Thanks.
