unity 5collaboration
Unity Collaborate Branching
I am the author of a Unity asset. I want to release it for 5.6, 2017.4 and 2018.2.
I am using Unity Collaborate as my source control because, well, it is awesome for Unity source control.
The one issue I have is how do I have 3 branches for the 3 different versions of Unity?
With all the warnings about not opening projects from newer versions of Unity in older versions I am not sure I can keep everything in one branch.
I have just created the project in Unity 5.6 and have it all ready. Now I want to open it in 2017 without affecting the 5.6 version so I can always go back to it and update it and release it again.
What do I do?
