Rendering Order Issues
Just for curiosity, I wanna to stimulate the animation of a lens aperture which is specified in the picture 1.
However here comes the problem. As we can see there are six blades, namely A, B, C, D, E and F. However, mechanically A is on the top of B, B is on the top of C, C is on the top of D, D is top of E, E is on the top of F, BUT F IS ON THE TOP OF A!
So my question is, how to render these sprites so that they could form the effect below? I know that such an issue is related with rendering order, and very likely Shader. So can anyone give me some help?
If such a job is simply impossible for Unity, or for Realtime Rendering Engine, please let me know too. Any proposal, suggestion or solution is highly appreciated!
Thank you, buddies!
@tanoshimi Sorry for bothering, but I think you have some clues regarding this issue. Could you plz offer some help?
