Mixamo or Adobe Fuse Models textures problem in Unity
İm really really tired. Because im create with 2K texture characters in mixamo and adobe fuse. And im export in unity. But textures looks like a 512x512. İm choose this shaders /transparant/cut out/bumped diffuse. And eye lashes looks really really bad.

For eyleashes, use Mixamo/Transparent/BumbSpecGloss Shader. They used to have their own shader package. Check out their support/forums for more info.
Otherwise the model doesn't look too bad if you are using a bumbed diffuse shader which I guess is a legacy or mobile shader. You are comparing it to model that has atleast diffuse/normal/gloss/specular maps. Try it with Unity Standard shader or Mixamo BumbSpecGloss and it should look much better.
