Unity 5.0 Sprite slicing messes up with much vertices.
Hi everyone,I recently switched to the Unity 5.0 version I imported an atlas in psd format with alpha channel to unity to slice using grid slicing.The sprite is having many vertices instead of four vertex quad as it is used to be in Unity 4 and 3.I know this Unity 5 is haivng texture packer and what i'm getting is tight packing instead of rectangular packing.I even disable sprite packer in Editor > Project Settings >Editor.But still new sprite sheet slicing is giving me many vertices (tight packing)
