NavMeshAgent not moving towards center of destination.
Hi Unity developers,
The following issue: I set the destination of my NavMeshAgent (blue character) to the center of the target point (red character). Since the red character is a NavMeshObstacle, the blue character can't walk into it, but should find its target point somewhere near, which is ok. But its target point should be the closest point to the actual agent, so the blue character walks straight towards the red one and stops in front of it. Now instead, the NavMesh finds a strange path, where the agents walks around the red character to stop on the lower side of it (unintendet behavoiur -> see screenshot).
Isn't it possible that an agent walks towards an obstacle as a target point in a straight line?
Looking forward to hearing your ideas.
