CAN I MAKE a farming game for Facebook ???

There aren't any games you can't make.

You can probably make a far inferior game that is functionally similar to Farmville 2- in the way that any of those straight-to-RedBox horror movies are similar to some movie that you have actually heard of, one with a budget and real actors in it.

But why would anyone other than your friends and family have any desire to play it, when Farmville 2 already exists right now, and any potential player of your game would have already seen and played that, and by the time you complete your weak imitation, the original will already be getting old. (The same goes for Slender and $$anonymous$$inecraft, BTW.)
