Weird lightning, orthographic camera. Also not matching scene view.

It looks like if you set your orthographic camera close to your scene, the "directional lightning" of the scene is not really "directional" as you can see here:

Also, you can see that it doesn't match the lightning in the scene view.

By moving the camera far away, it seems to somehow fix the issue, but the scene view always stays the same, regardless of it being perspective or orthographic, close or far: Camera distant

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
