No shadows, and they emit light
I bought some assets for my game , some very good looking ones and everything was working well except for when I turn off all light sources the objects seem to emit like not completely vanish, I checked the materials and there was no emission are there any other settings that might cause that? and also the objects cast no shadows although shadow casting was enabled and all light sources cast soft shadows

If you turned off all the light sources why would they have shadows?
Regarding them seeming a bit emissive, check the Lighting settings tab. Ambient light will still work even if all lights are turned off -- ambient light does not cast a shadow either.
If you want to turn off Ambient light for the whole scene, change it from Skybox or Gradient to color and set that color to black. Alternatively, if you just want to turn off ambient light for some objects, make those objectss' materials have an Occlusion value of 0. (Occlusion controls how affected by ambient light an object is.)
