Help me I lost my project!

Im crying please help me i worked on the project for 5 days i saved a bunch of times then i got fatal error and it looks like it looked 3 days ago i saved today Why is this happening f you unity im 11 years and im kinda new to it please help me im gonna fkin kill myself
