Game launches, but shows only MainCamera color?

I'm building a game for PC. When I launch the game trough the configuration box it launches and shows the first scene for a brief moment than the whole screen goes in solid color, no matter if I set it to windowed or not.

I noticed the solid color it shows is the background color of the main camera. What could be the issue in your opinion?
