Importing .fbx Files During Runtime
I need a way to import an .fbx file during runtime. I already have an .obj importer script but would like to be able to place .fbx files in the scene also. A script or any general information regarding fbx files would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unity doesn't give you that functionality.
If you're writing a standalone player then you could write a plugin which uses FBXSDK for importing FBX files. FBXSDK can be downloaded for free from Autodesk, but that's a lot of work to integrate it.
