What kind of work did you do before closing Unity for the last time? If you wrote editor scripts or scripts that execute in editor time you could try to revert those changes (make sure those scripts do nothing).
You could also check the editor logs for clues.
@Statement It Was Pure Level Design Work,I Didn't $$anonymous$$ingle With Any of The Scripts Just Drag And Drop In The Scene.I Am Unable To Find Anything In The Log File,See If You Can! Please Help $$anonymous$$e Bro! Thanks For Your $$anonymous$$ind Reply! Really Appreciated :)
Here Is The Log File!
Looks like it's crashing trying to load some asset. Here's something you can try, but I don't know if it will work for you. First, close Unity and make a backup of your entire project. When it's fully backed up, delete Library and Temp folder of your project. Start up Unity again and load your project. If your project still won't open, contact Unity Support, explain what happened and include a link to this thread so they can read updates & access your log file.
What else you can do on your end would be to possibly remove files you recently worked with, such as the last scene, the last materials etc. You still have your project backed up so you won't really lose anything, but you may get closer figuring out what cause the problem.
Hey @Statement ! I Couldn't Backup The Files As It Was Sum$$anonymous$$g Up To Nearly 42.5 GBs And It Would Take A Lot of Time To Copy All The Files So I Tried Deleting An Asset I Just Imported,But It Didn't Help! so I Went To The "Library" Folder And Deleted The "AssetDatabase" File And As I Opened $$anonymous$$y Project Again It Started Re-importing! After The Re importing The Editor Opened But The Scene I Was Working on Got Deleted Somehow I Can't Find It But It's Not A $$anonymous$$atter At least I'm Able To Do my Work! Thanks Bro For Your Help!! :)

You can also try to delete the plugins folder! worked for me
It also works just to rename the Plugins folder. It is still weird that you have to resort to such hack-a-licious measures. I am testing with Unity 5.6.2.

Dude what in the world is wrong with Unity? I can't believe this problem hasn't been solved yet, I uninstalled than reinstalled Unity and I am still getting the same errors. I guess I'll just focus on modeling until this problem is fixed because I can't even access anything in Unity without getting the bug crash report thing after I try to make or open a project. Unity you need to fix this problem it is still an issue in April of 2017.

Agreed. It's happening to me at this very moment.
Oh the friggin pain. This dagshat is bustin my scheme. I have never seen so many failures based on one product in all my days. I am trying to use Probuilder and Leantween. I cant even begin with Leantween or even start to use it. The doco there sucks too. Probuilder has a crash on a broken assembly. I started out wanting to do something really simple only to waste hours in a system failure that doesn't look it has been addressed y Unity. At least that is what I am thinking.
Wasted another session on somebody elses NFT(not fully tested) BS. Gotta shut this wasteful nonsense down for the day and move onto another more profitable project. System fixes by the users is not that way to do business. No wonder most of Unity productions are about 'Shoot the zombies' routine. Shit sucks.
