Trouble with a build: CodePage 1250 not supported

Hello I got a problem, when i play a scene in Unity all is ok, but when i make a build out of it, it doesn't work. The not working part is the connection to the ms sql database, The database is on my computer. When i opened the log file the error was:

 NotSupportedException: CodePage 1250 not supported
   at System.Text.Encoding.GetEncoding (Int32 codepage) [0x00000] in :0
   at Mono.Data.Tds.TdsCharset.GetEncodingFromLCID (Int32 lcid) [0x00000] in :0
   at Mono.Data.Tds.TdsCharset.GetEncodingFromLCID (System.Byte[] collation) [0x00000] in :0
   at Mono.Data.Tds.TdsCharset.GetEncoding (System.Byte[] collation) [0x00000] in :0

   at Mono.Data.Tds.Protocol.Tds.ProcessSubPacket () [0x00000] in :0
   at Mono.Data.Tds.Protocol.Tds.NextResult () [0x00000] in :0

   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.Open () [0x00000] in :0

And i honestly do not know what to do to fix it.

Edit:

I'm not using SQLite but System.Data.SqlClient string connectionString = "Server=***\\SQLEXPRESS;" + "Database=Odyseja;" + "User ID=test;" +

                     "Password=test;";
             ;
 using (SqlConnection conn = new SqlConnection(connectionString)) {

                     conn.Open ();
     string select = "SELECT * FROM Planet";
     SqlCommand cm = new SqlCommand (select, conn);
     SqlDataReader dr = cm.ExecuteReader ();
     while (dr.Read()){// do something}

hope this clears things up

What data are you passing to SQLite? Can we see the code that's responsible for that call to Open?

What file are you trying to read, and where did that file come from?
