Texture Strange Behaviour

we had this map loading from asset bundle scene, in editor looks great with all textures great but in the exe after build it it looks like this... what is happening? the terrain brushes tool with some grass it had bug on textures too and not on editor, what im missing? any tip there? thanks https://gyazo.com/39a74017024c61bcf7fc06b6c4b61dcc
