Smoothing mesh texture around edges
Hello,
I'm planning to generate some terrain procedurally with my on a 2D grid system. Each terrain type would be a different texture.
I will have different zones of different terrain, a zone is a list of cell from the grid.
On the render side, I'm create a mesh per zone and each cell is a quad. I'm applying a texture material to the mesh which gives the following :
In this example, I have one background image (the white rock) and one mesh representing the soil. As you can see the edges are very sharp and I want to make a smooth transition so the edges blend nicely with the background.
What would be the next steps for me to achieve this ?
