ScrollSnapRect breaks on toggle Active state

When I toggle the active state, the scroll returns to a regular, non-snap horizontal scroll view. Help?link text
I can't understand your problem properly. up to what i understood you are trying to scroll some screens.
if yes then try to change camera position not screen position you'll get better out put.
if you are trying the same that what i told i can help you with some code also.
