Failed To Switch resolution on UWP

In the uwp build I'm having trouble switching resolutions, sometimes it changes and sometimes it doesn't. Unity 2020.3.21f1. and on unity 2019.4.28f1 was working normal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orCSQoLmQ0c alt text
