Android: disable/enable internet connectivity!

Dear, I have an option in my game allow parents to disable/enable internet connectivity in my game. Any idea how can i disable/enable it in a button? Thanks

You can save a bool like isConnectionAllowed in PlayerPrefs and a password if one was set for making it true.
