When I maximize the Unity editor, it's offset on the screen. (Windows 7)
Hey, I have a weird bug with the editor window. First of all, I'm running Windows 7 x64.
I just installed Unity 4.6, and now, when I maximize the editor window, it's offset about half of the height of the top bar, downwards. As well as being visually displeasing, it also hides the message bar at the bottom! This is the only program I have ever seen this problem with. I do not have my windows taskbar, set to auto-hide. Also I'm using a dual monitor set up, and it happens on both monitors.
Any idea what could be wrong, and how to fix it?
I'm having a hard time finding info about Windows windows (I think the issue is pretty obvious here :P), to figure out if it's an issue with Windows, and not Unity. So far I have not been able to find anything :(
I'm on windows 7 64 using 4.6 as well. 4.6.0f3 to be exact. Can't replicate the error at all! No idea what's happening the only thing I can think that'll help is don't maximize the window just stretch left/right top/bottom as far as they'll go. Have seen some people have similar windows issues if they have multiple monitors.
Still no luck finding info on this problem, searching for general Windows 7 maximized windows problems. And I can't find anything like this, directly related to Unity :(
I can't replicate this either on Windows 7 64, Unity 4.6.1. So, it seems that the problem is specific to your configuration.
Nevertheless, if you think it's a Unity bug then you can report it to Unity.

Minor point releases are being put out quite often, best advice I could give is backup your project(s) elsewhere and try an upgrade. It seems very odd though.
