Root Motion On Slow Animations

Hey So im working on a character animation system but have come across a problem.

my prone animations wont apply root motion to my character. In my animation inspector window they are applying root motion correctly but when i start my game with one playing the character doesn't move/apply root motion.

they are moving at a speed of about 0.2 (as i can see in the inspector window just under the mirror tick box). I have also changed the position error on the animation to 0.

i might just add that i have tried to change the speed to 10 (10 x faster) and see if it makes a difference but it didn't.

am i missing something?

Please, any help would be great ~Scott

Is there any code added that is interfering with the Animation?

i very thoroughly checked my code and debug's and couldn't find anything that would be causing this problem. so i decided to put my animator controller on a completely bare character and it works perfectly. i continued to look and figured out that for some reason my rigid body is causing the problem. i think its because im checking if there is a surface beneath the player and if there is im setting the y pos to that height. so my feet always stay on the ground and the animation looks correct. im assu$$anonymous$$g that its because my collider is then intersecting with the ground. im not sure how i would go about fixing this though since this is a core part of my code and how everything functions.

thanks for the reply ~Scott
