I dont see EasyRoads menu

So I downloaded EasyRoads ver 2.0 and placed it in the standard assets folder. I then went to Assets->import package->EasyRoads3d. While in the import dialog, I clicked on the all button and then clicked on import. Unity did its thing, and the plugin was added to the project tab. However, then nothing else happened. There was no EasyRoad menu and I even clicked at atleast 1000 times on an empty area of the tool menu, still nothing. Is EasyRoad now broken?
