Black sections appear when minimizing and maximizing Unity

I am following a tutorial about how to create a game, and I minimize Unity every time I go to see the YouTube video. When I opened Unity again, there is a black square on random sections of the interface (Hierarchy mostly, sometimes Inspector, sometimes Project panel). They disappear when I click on them. It only started happening when I upgraded to Unity 5.4. Is this a development bug?
