C# scripts not showing up in scene... please help!
Hi All,
I've been using Unity for a while, and I've usually been able to handle whatever weird bugs or problems I've encountered (usually with the help of previous questions on this forum).
I recently wrote a C# script that uses UnityEditor to change scenes, and put the scenes in an 'Editor' subfolder of my 'Scripts' folder, which I was told was needed to access the Scene Manager. I moved all the scripts to the Editor folder so that the static variables can call each other, but then, none of the objects I attached to the scripts suddenly didn't recognise them, and even returning the scripts to the main folder, deleting and trying to reattach them didn't work... none of the scripts are showing up in the game. They open in Monodevelop fine, the scripts haven't glitched. I can access the scripts from Unity but none of the objects in the scene can be attached.
I'm really stumped here, guys... any help would be appreciated! I'm using Unity 2017.3.1f1.
