Open native camera of device?

Hello i want to open the native camera of the device both ios and android. I know some peoples will say that it can be done by using WebCamTexture but it wil just open the camera it wont be a native camera of device can anyone guide how to achieve it. Please Dont promote your plugins here :) thanks in advance
