Unity won't update to latest update?

Question

I went to download the latest version of Unity which, at the time of writing this, is 5.4, however it returns that I have the latest version... My current version is 5.1.1f1.

Considering reinstalling, but want to confirm that I should do so.

I always had the same problem with the unity update dialog, it says there's a new update and immediately says that the installed versión is the latest. Just download the installer from unity's download page.
