android apk build but does not work on device

i build an android apk in unity but when i try to install it on a device it does not work it stuck on unity logo. but if build and run it will compile and run on device but the apk output again doesnot work i have updated unity and sdk . i tried on different device it do same. and i also build for ios which works good
